A View into my Adventures

These past few months I have traveled a bit. I am not going to write much about my trips and my adventures, but here are a few pictures that I took. I had a lot of fun and I still look forward to traveling more.

I hope you enjoyed them. I will post more about books, music, and etc. soon. I just need to get organized ūüôā

Flor Maga

I haven’t been here much. I have been very busy but, while I get my life organized,¬†here is the Flor Maga. It is a Puerta Rican flower. ¬†What I like about this flower is its color, which is a beautiful kind of rosy pink, and how big its petals are.

Hope you enjoy this picture and remember God loves you!

Blog Update: Personal Update

¬†Hey fellow bloggers and followers! As you may have noticed I haven’t been here in my blog a lot. It’s summer and I have had the time of my life jeje :P.

I have tried to keep up with your posts but I have been too busy. Soon I’ll try to post my normal posts and pictures.

I am not going to write much today since I’ll be heading out in a few hours to help at a summer camp here in Puerto Rico. But I have had a great time and I hope that I can keep up with everything soon.

I love all of you and thank you for understanding.

A General Book Review of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants Series

Title(s): The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, Girls in Pants (The Third Summer of the Sisterhood) ,and Forever in Blue (The Fourth Summer of the Sisterhood)
Author: Ann Brashares

General Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Pages: A LOT (In General)

¬†Quick Thoughts:¬†I have been very busy this summer. I have been able to read some books but not many. Here is a book review of one of my favorite series. I hope you enjoy ūüôā it.

-The Reading Girl

I decided to leave adult books alone for a while. I was getting tired of the same plot of “the guy meets girl. the guy treats her like shit. the girl suffers promising to never love him. Then for some reason they get together again.” ugh.

I decided to get back to YA for a while. Well, I do not regret it.

I really enjoyed this series. It was great for me because I could relate to it. The writing was great, the stories were great, the plot was great, and the original idea of the pants was great.

This is a review of all four books in general.

So…(warning: this review is full of positive and negative¬†thoughts¬†mixed together).

Enter the world of four best friends….

(in other of appearances from left to right)

Carmen smart and with an attitude that can annoy the hell out of you. In other words a little bitch that people seem to like. But cares a lot about her best friends.
Tibby rebellious, miserable, tough looking, and mean. Typical teenager. But behind that mask she has a heart.
Lena¬†the BEAUTIFUL one. That’s really about it. Oh and she is an artists who seems to be everyone’s favorite. She is nice, shy, insecure, and kind of sad.
Bridget¬†is the athletic one. Fun, wild, fast, crazy and etc. Considered beautiful by everyone because of her blonde gorgeous hair. Except, she doesn’t think she is beautiful or do her friends because Lena is the gorgeous one.

Those were my thoughts on the characters. Well not really, that’s how they are described. My thoughts on them are mixed. Here we go…

Carmen is my least favorite character out of this whole series. She is bitchy, mean, rude, loud, and if she is not happy no one else is. I hated her parts in the book. Especially in the second book uggghhh. But, I liked her in the last book of the series. She was likable and for once calm.

Tibby was okay. Stupid sometimes but okay. I actually liked her character.

Lena was stupid too. Too fragile and I kept getting tired of her being the fucking beautiful one and the favorite one and blah blah. Yeah..we get it.

Bridget was my MOST favorite. She actually grew up throughout the four years that the this whole series talks about. She was smart, independent, strong, and beautiful to me. I looked forward to her parts in the book.

The writing was awesome. It was easy to understand and I could understand why so many young girls could like this series. The events that happened in this book has happened to many girls, including me.

There was just something about these books that kept me reading them all the time. I read the four books in 4 days. I really enjoyed all the books.

It did have its flaws…

-Carmen, Tibby, Lena (but then that’s how most teenage girls are).

I loved the stories the author created. These books in some way were beautiful and taught me many lessons. I do not regret reading them at all.

-I would sometimes get annoyed at the main girls (even at Bridget)
-Depending on pants was kind of stupid to me, but then again that’s the point of the book

-I also got annoyed at how the author wanted us to think Lena was this perfect gorgeous girl and wanted us to feel bad for her when she did the dumb shit that she did. Well sorry,I didn’t feel sorry for her.
That’s really about it.

I really liked these books. I didn’t want their world to end. It’s a journey of four best friends who grow and somehow become stronger.

Each book focused more on one of the girls but in general the series was about the four of them.

It really was an amazing world I entered ūüôā

P.S. The movies are WAY different but I still like them

Movie posters:

Carmen was portrayed by America Ferrera, Tibby by Amber Tamblyn, Bridget by Blake Lively, and Lena by Alexis Bledel.

My Vivid Dreams

Do you remember a recent dream you had? Or an older one that stayed vivid in your mind? Today, you’re your own Freud: Tell us the dream, then interpret it for us! Feel free to be as serious or humorous as you see fit, or to invent a dream if you can’t remember a real one.

My dreams are a bit too personal to write here in my public blog. But, I do dream a LOT!

I day-dream and I dream while I am asleep. Laugh if you want, but they are usually dreams about love. Hehe ūüôā

Yeah, they are. And sometimes they are nightmares that I wake up sweating to or just dreams that somehow come true(not joking at all).

So I took this :). I like it. Enjoy!

A Typical Day

¬†Describe a typical day in your life ‚ÄĒ but do it in a form or in a medium you‚Äôve rarely ‚ÄĒ if ever ‚Ästused before. If you‚Äôre a photoblogger, write a poem. If you‚Äôre a poet, write an open letter. If you‚Äôre a travel blogger, write a rant. (These are all examples ‚ÄĒ choose whatever form you feel like trying out!)

Dear Readers that follow The Reading Girl,

I think that my days are usually calm or exciting. But I am not going to brag about my awesome life (:P ) instead I’ll describe you a typical day of my life, where I don’t go to a party, church, travel, or do anything in particular that requires something exciting.

Its summer and I decided, like I do every year, to go to Puerto Rico and visit my family. I haven’t really done anything these days since I have only been here for a week. I’ll tell you what I usually do these days of summer, not what I do when I am in the US, even though they might seem similar.

My typical day usually starts like this:

Maya Angelou

To be honest, I have heard of¬†Maya Angelou ¬†but I wasn’t really a big fan of hers. And now that she peacefully died I will start reading her work. It is sad to me because now that she is dead, it is when I decide to read more about her. She did a lot of amazing things in her life and I regret never knowing a lot about her.

Today, on May 28th, 2014, Maya who was an author, poet, civil rights activist, and etc. peacefully died.  She will be remembered.

Here are some great quotes by her:

I took these with my Canon camera (the small one) and I used Macro. I didn’t edit any of these pictures. They just came out like that. Enjoy!

(May) the best month for The Reading Girl

I used to write about all the months when I started my blog, but then I stopped. Today, 7 days into the 5th month of 2014 I decided to go back to doing that but only with this month. This month is always special to me for a LOT of reasons.  So far 2014 is okay, probably not the best year but it will be once it gets to summer :D.

First reason why its the best month: I took my finals tests that we always take during this month and I did great. Three f*cking weeks of testing and doing practically nothing. But I’m glad that’s over. It means I passed my grade.

Second reason: Expolit. I’m not sure if some of you have heard about this but this is a Latin American Christian book fair. A LOT happens here. I know someone who works in Expolit and got to interview almost all the famous Spanish Christian singers, which also means I got to meet them and take pictures with them :). Plus, the person I know, knows some of them since these Christian famous singers started their career. I’ll post some pictures if you are interested. It was a great experience that I will never forget.

Third reason:¬†I’m ashamed to say this but how could I forget Audrey Hepburn’s birthday??? She is my icon and I forgot that if she was alive, she would be 85 years old. Her birthday was on May 4th. I love Audrey but I forgot about that completely. At least Google had remembered:

Doesn’t Google always remember everything? And so did my family members and friends who know I LOVE Audrey. *Sighs* I’m a girl, almost and adult now that has a lot going on, so that might be a good excuse…not really.

Fourth Reason: Mother’s Day. I LOVE this day. It honors all the mother’s who have gone through a lot to raise their children and proudly fight for them. I can say that I’m thankful for my mother who has always been there for me.

Fifth¬†reason:¬†The month before school ends. I used to look forward to going to school. Don’t get me wrong, my classes are great and so are the teachers and friends. But I would rather spend time in my house and going out than getting 10 piles of homework and waking up early. And just the fact of going to school seeing people I¬†will probably never see again. The month before summer starts: YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! ūüėÄ

Sixth Reason: Prom

Seventh¬†Reason:¬†I’m going to finally get baptized. Its something very special for me. It’s a decision I decided to make. I can’t wait for that day.

Eighth¬†Reason: Someone’s special birthday…….

Ninth¬†Reason: It’s simply the best month of the year because I said so…of course June, July, half of August, April, and December are awesome months too, but they are not my favorite months like MAY. I’m pretty sure you can tell why….

That’s all I can remember …I haven’t really been reading much since I have been so busy. I’ll try to come up with something interesting about books…

The Beginning

Ever since she was a tiny bud this

beautiful jewel always imagined a world

A world no one knew

A world that only she and her mind

could understand

She wanted to describe this magical place

This place where anything could happen

And everything was right

Where music was life

God the ruler

Romance reigned

And there was peace

As she grew she decided to

Create words on paper

“This world…”

This just came out of nowhere..I really like the picture. Enjoy! ūüôā

Gray Trees

Today in Miami has been cloudy, rainy, humid, and just a bad weather. Where I live there is this really pretty tree and I got inspired to photograph it. I liked how it didn’t have many¬†leaves on the branches and how it looked with the gray background.

The original pictures:

I took these pictures with my small Canon Power Shot SX500 camera. I am not going to edit the second photograph since it is the same only shot at a different angle. Here is the first picture edited:

5 Reasons to Not Wear Mini-Shorts (Read on, its interesting)

Imagine yourself in a hot climate like Miami’s or any other tropical place…imagine how you want to be cool(as in you want to feel fresh air against your legs, especially women) and that is why you choose attire that could show your skin like the picture above. I mean don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with using shorts at all. They are comfortable, cool, match basically with any shirt or shoes and there are millions of styles.

But, like every piece of cloth we use, they have to be our size and not be extremely short. I want to share with you guys 5 reasons to not use mini-shorts even if they are in style.

Quick note: This post is based on my observations of all the young ladies I see out there. And based on my experience too. I have never been comfortable wearing shorts that show a bit of butt or look like underwear, I find them way to uncomfortable and I feel like a skank  when I wear them. I finally decided to just wear skinny jeans, short but not mini-short skirts, and just shorts that are a little bit above my knee. Read on if you are interested.

#1 They are uncomfortable

Without doubt, wearing something way to small is going to be uncomfortable. If we are aware that shorts are between the butt and legs and we don’t want anything showing, we can have a pretty bad time always fixing them. Why would we wear something that makes us feel uncomfortable?

Example: I was at the fair once and this girl wore these mini shorts that kept getting stuck between her butt cheeks and you can imagine how that looked. The poor girl kept pulling her shorts down and walking like a penguin.

#2 Show way too much skin

The whole idea is to leave something to the imagination. Sure you can look sexy but you don’t need to show your ass. The whole point is to show your beautiful legs but not show something that can be saved for later or is something private.

What Words Can Do

Words can hurt

Words can heal

Words can transform

Words can change

Words are stronger than actions

No matter what they say

Words are heavy

Words are weak

Words can be left unsaid

Or can be said

Words can either bring you down

Make you fight back

Words…there is so much that a person can cause with just one single word or with just saying something.

Our Night Walks

A Dark Night

The moon shining

A cool wind blowing about us

Making our dresses and shirts fly up

Shrieks and giggles escaping our mouths

We laugh

We scream

We skip, the six of us together

Guys and girls running and piggyback riding

Swinging around and jumping

Staring up at the sky

As we walk or run

We talk, we fight,

we joke, we debate,

we think, we wonder, or

Silence is our only company

Our Night Walks

Is what defines us

Our Night Walks

Is Our journey, where everything happens

The happiness, the heartbreaks

The fears, the hopes

Our dreams

And one day it will all end

One day Our Night Walks will be no more

But we will always remember Our Night Walks

As a special memory, not a forgotten one

Just a poem that was written based on my experience and what I also wish I had.

‚ÄúThere is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.‚ÄĚ ¬†– Paulo Coelho

Fear STOPS us from doing what we want

Fear doesn’t help us to succeed at all

Fear  STOPS us from opportunities

Fear is something that our mind causes

So that we do nothing in life

Fear is something sad

But you can fight fear by doing something

That scares you everyday

You can fight fear by telling your mind to go on

I wrote this because I have felt fear before. I have had fears before. I don’t know if it turned out good but I just had to share it. Enjoy!

The Mind of An Actress Reading: Marilyn Monroe/ Actress Number Three

I obviously ADORE reading and I also love 1930s,40s,50s, and 60s actresses. I wanted to combine both¬†these interests of mine and decided to create The Mind of An Actress Reading. I haven’t seen this anywhere else, so if you might think I have copied someone’s else work, please let me know. Anyways back to today’s post :)…as you can see today’s turn is the famous Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn Monroe is obviously still famous among everyone and men(even though she was alive in the 50s and 60s)for her beauty and obvious sexual photographs. I am not that ¬†big of a ¬†fan of her but I do like that she also read when she was still alive. Today a fellow blogger friend of mine shared with me a photograph and told me that I should add it to my collection of actresses reading, thanks to him I became inspired to write today’s post which I have forgotten¬†to do. As you can tell the photo was of Marilyn Monroe reading. So please, Enjoy these pictures of Marilyn Monroe reading!

My fellow blogger friend provided this photograph of her reading on her bed to me ūüôā

A Poem or something

Something happened to me this week. Very personal, which made me feel happy and kind of sad. I found myself creating these words in my mind and I just had to write them down. I don’t know what to name my writing or if it evens make sense…but all I know is that if something comes to your mind you should write it down. I just had to share it with you guys.

I was confused

I was enchanted

Everything was fine

But then everything changed

I thought I was hurt

But in a way I felt relieved

Then I decided to walk beside the light

The light that had always been there

But I had ignored

I walked by Faith

Letting Faith guide me

Letting Him guide me

Fixing my problems

All was mended in a

Way that was unexpected to me

I knew that even though

It would never be the same

I knew that everything

That was wrong had turned right

And because I had walked

By Faith The Light

Did its work fixing all that was Dark

I really don’t care how the stanzas are¬†because¬†this is just something that came to my mind and was not even edited or anything.

This writing has a meaning to it. I am sure some of you would figure it out. If you do let me know below.

Entangled in Webs

Taken from my balcony

I am going to have to give credit to my sister for taking this one. I think she did a great job just capturing the spider web. But I went ahead and edit it. I edit some of my pictures in BeFunky.com. I think its a great website to edit and photoshop your images, in my opinion. I darkened the image a bit and sharpened the spider web so it would be noticeable. Then I lightened the background just a little and darkened the objects in sight. I think it turned out good.

What I like about this picture is the spiderweb. I rarely see spiderwebs and its hard to take a picture of one if you notice one. I think its a beauty how the spider takes her time and creates this fragile yet beautiful trap for her prey. In my opinion I was surprised my sister took the time to take this and then share it with me. She is a great photographer too :).

Child Star and Beauty Leaves This World

As A Child
Shirley Temple: April 23, 1928 ‚Äď February 10, 2014

Many of you may know who this beautiful little child is. If you don’t ¬†the this is the famous Shirley Temple who was a bright light to the world during the Depression of the 30s. She appeared in numerous famous films which include:¬†Curly Top, Heidi, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm and so on. She was a sensation. She sadly died of a heart attack, at the age of 85 on February 10th, 2014 and it was announced today to the whole world. She was surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

“There’s nothing like real love. Nothing.”
-Shirley Temple

¬†I wanted to do this post today in honor of her. I was a big fan of her and I loved the way she acted and how cute she was. I first knew about her from a movie my mom bought, which was Fort Apache. Of course she was grown but since I loved how she acted I decided to learn more about her. And that’s when I started being a fan of all her movies. I just loved her cute little voice and how cute she danced. And how she seemed to always fix the problems. No wonder everyone would ignore their problems in the 30s and be joyful to watch her.

¬†As time passed by and she grew into a mature women people seemed to loose interest in her. Soon she retired at an early age and continued her own life. But she would always be remembered as the child star who put a bright light into people’s life.

I will always remember her and all the great achievements she did in her life. Its really sad for her not to be remembered and known in this generation but I know people will somehow remember her. RIP Shirley.

The Mind of an Actress Reading: Elizabeth Taylor / Actress Number Two

‚ėÖToday’s turn is Elizabeth Taylor. I am not that big of a fan of her like I am with Audrey Hepburn. But I loved the way she acted, especially in the movies: The Last Time I Saw Paris and Cleopatria. I also think she was gorgeous with her black hair and violet eyes. Elizabeth, was supposedly a fan of reading too! So enjoy this post of one of the greatest and beautiful actress of her time.‚ėÖ

The Mind of An Actress Reading: The Reading’s of Audrey Hepburn #1

Audrey Hepburn Collage¬†I have been a bit behind on blogging because of personal things and school, since I don’t want you guys to forget me I decided to create my own blog post called The Mind of An Actress Reading (which I have not seen elsewhere), while i finish creating and editing some posts that will be seen here tomorrow. Enjoy!

I did a post like this when I started blogging and I felt like doing it again. I might do it with different famous actresses that are my favorites everyday as long as I can.

Well today’s turn is Audrey Hepburn. She is my all time favorite actress and I love all her movies such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Roman Holiday, and so on. Audrey was a big fan of reading and she even wrote her own book. She has many amazing quotes that I have posted in the Quotes Page. She is the reason for my blogs url. So in honor of my Audrey I am going to post pictures of her reading. Let me know what you think about this wonderful lady down below!

Merry Christmas :)

Hi guys!! Just wishing everyone a Merry Christmas from me, The Reading Girl :D. It is my first Christmas on my blog…yay! This has been an extremely awesome year with you all…because yes, you guys have made it awesome for me and the reason why I write in my blog.

Next year I am going to write more and post more often. There will be new books to look forward to and maybe I’ll start posting little stories of mine. This has been one of the best Christmas for me as I get to spend it in Texas with my cousins and I received more books and a new Photography camera!

I hope that you all have an awesome Christmas or had an awesome Christmas and I hope you have an amazing New Year in 2014.

“Do give books – religious or otherwise – for Christmas. They‚Äôre never fattening, seldom sinful, and permanently personal.”
-Lenore Hershey

Merry Christmas!!

Something very awesome….Christmas Book Tree!

Christmas time is here! And who doesn’t love Christmas?? Presents, food, parties, fun, family events, snow, and free time from school and work. I love Christmas…in fact its one of my most favorites holiday’s of the year. I have heard this idea about people making Christmas trees out of books…at first I was like: “What?!”

But then I was pretty amazed at the idea and I found myself loving it. I decided to Google some pictures to share with you, for those of you who have never seen a tree like that and I have a friend who loves books as much as I do and she created a tree like that. Below are some pretty cool examples.

Google pictures:

And my friend made this one out of her dad’s old books (its a pretty hard task but it can be fun):

She has it in her room and its so cute and small. I wish I could do that!

I really like this idea. Maybe you guys should do it ūüėÄ

Before Sunrise

¬†I have gone through a lot in my life and there are days when I feel like I wish I had never woken up or I ask myself: “Why do I even live?”¬†This quote is beautiful. I have decided to name this post “Before Sunrise” because I think a sunrise represents a new day, new ideas, new hopes, new purposes, new blessing, new¬†beginnings. A sunrise is beautiful just like the new day that is coming. As I wake up in the morning this is what I repeat each time I open my eyes from a deep sleep or a beautiful dream wishing that I had stayed in that perfect world of my hope and beauty.

But through all of that I have been glad and thankful for at least being alive, having all my body parts, never being sick one day of my life, never have suffered an accident. Thankful for what I have which is enough for me right now even if I sometimes wished I had more¬†luxurious things. Thankful that even when I wake up with pain and sometimes sadness I have a LIFE and can make a difference in someone’s life. I have made many mistakes. All of us has. And my life may not be perfect. Nobody’s life is but I am very¬†thankful¬†that I have been blessed in many ways. God has given me a beautiful family, life, friends, and plans. And I have been very happy with the life I have. So I wake up every morning not depressed but thinking:

“This is a new day, a new beginning, a new sunrise.”

“I wake up and¬†Open my eyes

from a long dream full of happiness

and think

“Another long day to go through”

but I remember that I have been blessed

and that God loves me and created me

and repeat:

“This is a new day, a new beginning, a new sunrise.”

Why Bethany Hamilton is my ROLE MODEL.

Bethany Hamilton is beautiful, awesome, and most of all…brave.

I think most of you know who Bethany Hamilton is. And if not I will make sure you know who she is :D. Bethany Hamilton was born in Lihue,Hawaii. She is a women who when she was 13 was brutally attacked by a shark at a beach in Hawaii. The shark obviously bit her left arm off and its a miracle she survived. She lost 60% of her blood. Here is some of the story:

“On October 31, 2003, at the age of 13, Hamilton went for a morning surf along Tunnels Beach,¬†Kauai¬†with best friend¬†Alana Blanchardand Alana’s father and brother. Around 7:30 a.m., with numerous turtles in the area, she was lying on her surfboard with her left arm dangling in the water, when a 14 to 15-foot¬†tiger shark¬†attacked her,¬†severing her left arm just below the shoulder. The Blanchards helped paddle her back to shore, then Alana’s father fashioned a¬†tourniquet¬†out of a surfboard leash and wrapped it around the stump of her arm, before she was rushed to¬†Wilcox Memorial Hospital. By the time she arrived there she had lost over 60% of her blood and was in¬†hypovolaemic shock. Her father, who was scheduled to have knee surgery that morning, was already at the hospital, but she took his place in the operating room. She spent a week in recovery before being released from the hospital. During subsequent media interviews, she confirmed that she felt normal when she was bitten and did not feel much pain from the bite at the moment of the disaster, but felt numb during the ambulance ride to the hospital.

When the news broke out of the shark attack, a family of fishermen led by a man named Ralph Young, presented to investigators photos of a 15-foot-long tiger shark they had caught and killed about one mile from the attack site. The shark had surfboard debris in its mouth. When measurements of the shark’s mouth were compared with those of Hamilton’s demolished surfboard, it matched. In late 2004, the police officially confirmed that the shark was the one that bit Bethany Hamilton.

Despite the trauma of the incident, Hamilton was determined to return to surfing. Less than one month after the incident, she returned to her board. Initially, she adopted a custom-made board that was longer and slightly thicker than standard and had a handle for her right arm, making it easier to paddle, and she learned to kick more to make up for the loss of her left arm. After teaching herself to surf with one arm, on January 10, 2004, she entered a major competition. She now uses standard competitive performance short-boards.

Hamilton’s broken bitten surfboard that she was riding during the attack is on display at the¬†California Surf Museum” (Wikipedia.org)

One of the reasons why I admire her is because even if she had one less arm she overcame that and decided to return to professional surfing.

As of right now she is a professional surfer and married in August 17th,2013 in Kauai,Hawaii.

(I took this photo from People magazine)

Bethany Hamilton in my opinion is such a great example to everybody. Even if the shark bit her arm off she kept on going. She didn’t give up, she kept her faith in God, and was strong. ¬†I remember somebody asked her in one of her interviews if she thought she was going to surf again and she responded: :”I think? I know I will surf again.” That had such an impact on me because she was confident and this showed that she was sure and knew that no matter what, she was definitely going to surf again. Hamilton never gave up. She even wrote about her experience in her autobiography ¬†Soul Surfer: A True Story of Faith, Family, and Fighting to Get Back on the Board.¬†

Then on 2011¬†Soul Surfer the movie came out based on her book and life experience’s.

A young girl holds a surfboard at the beach. A section of her board is missing as if been bitten by a shark.

Starring AnnaSophia Robb as Bethany Hamilton. I love and own that movie. I have watched it over 30 times. I never get tired of it.

In general I wanted to post this because Bethany is my role model and she has taught me to never give up even if there are obstacles along the way.

The Best Book shelve Ever

So I thought I might do a random post here. I was looking through Google and i typed bookshelves and this picture appeared. I immediately fell in love with this book shelve  It shows books all organized and cool. I mean look at how may books this person has! A whole collection  I wish I had a little library like that. I am getting there, trust me. And It had a picture of my favorite person ever: Audrey Hepburn! This just about made me think that I wish I had something like that and whoever has this library must be lucky and proud.

The Readings of Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn, Keira Knightley, and Anne Hathaway (Reading Girls like us!)

The Reading of Audrey Hepburn

This blog is about reading, but the websites name is https://audreyhepburnbooks.wordpress.com/ so I thought I would put some pictures of my favorite actress reading.

Audrey Hepburn:

I thought I would put pictures of my favorite actress and the one who inspired me to do my blog.I hope you enjoy them. That’s what I love about Audrey Hepburn. She¬†loved and appreciated literature in her own unique way. That’s what’s so wonderful about literature; that we all perceive, acknowledge, and admire it differently.
